Hospital 'Lumen' for elder people, Zelzate, Belgium

Bent, coloured acrylic mirrors are installed at a special installed skylight at the second floor. The mirrors reflect sunlight onto the staff entrance below, at the first floor. The light reflections change with time of day and seas


The mirror strips cast their projection onto the wall at the first floor.

The hospital building is called 'Lumen' in response to the lightart that is installed at two entrances and in the meditation room.
